Arrrgh - WHY, after 5 hours of cooking, is there STILL pink in this turkey! We were having flashbacks to our first Thanksgiving dinner experience! :-) Oh well, it all turned out OK and nobody got food poisoning!
For Thanksgiving dinner, our neighbors came over - Jaqueline and her two girls, since her husband is off playing on some Navy ship somewhere! Fun times!
