Sally went on a 3-day cruise with good friends Jaime French and Jenny Cole - good friends from when we were in North Carolina. We sailed from Port Canaveral in FL and went down to Nassau, Bahamas and stopped in CocoCay on the way back. This is the ship we sailed on - Royal Caribbean's Sovereign of the Seas.
Oh well, when 50 knot winds prevent you from going to the island of CocoCay, what else is there to do but sunbathe? Jenny, Jaime, and I seem to have fun no matter what we are doing!
These are some pictures from Nassau - on the left, a beautiful lighthouse as we sailed in. On the right, an incredible flying fish fountain at the Atlantis Resort (a five star resort that we could never afford in our wildest dreams - above the fountain is a bridge that hosts rooms that go for $25,000 a night!)
